Physioworx Trapezoid Balance Beam  

The Trapezoid Balance Beam improves lower and upper body stabilisation and co-ordination.  

Heel to toe walking the length of the beam improves co-ordination and stability.  This product allows beginners to use the wide side and advanced users the narrow side.  

The beam measures 190cm in Length.
